Arrival from Zürich-Airport, by Intercity Train to Chur and from there with the Räthischen Bahn (RhB) to Arosa; the entire journey will take you about 2 1/2 hours. You will need about 45 minutes by car from Chur; the drive takes you about 1320 meters up and you have made it after about 360 narrow curves.
